Your chatbot can capture visitor inquiries directly. When enabled, a "Send Inquiry" button appears in the widget. Visitors fill out a short form (name, email, phone, message) and you see their submissions in the Inquiries tab.
You can also:
- Toggle email notifications so inquiries get forwarded to your contact email
- Choose which form fields are shown and which are required
- Link to an external contact page instead of using the in-chat form
- Turn it off entirely if you don't want lead capture
